Lash and Brow Artistry

Lashes and brows are the two services most often applied from a template — the same set, the same arch, on every face. Here they are mapped. Eye shape, lid depth, the strength of your own lash line and your natural brow bone decide the design, which is why the results look like a better version of your face rather than someone else's.

Lash extensions

Every set starts with a map drawn on the under-eye patch: zones across the lid, a length assigned to each, and a curl chosen for how your lid sits. Only then does isolation start.

• Classic — one extension per natural lash. Definition without density; the most natural finish.
• Hybrid — a mix of classic and handmade fans. The most requested set, and the most forgiving on sparse lash lines.
• Volume — lightweight handmade fans of 3–6 fine extensions. Full and dark, and only appropriate where the natural lash can carry the weight.

Weight is the limit that matters. A natural lash that cannot support its extension sheds early and takes the extension with it, which is why an honest technician will sometimes refuse the set you asked for.

Fills and retention

Natural lashes shed on a 6–8 week cycle, a few every day. A fill at two to three weeks replaces what has gone and keeps the map intact. Left past four weeks, a fill becomes a removal and a new set.

Retention is roughly half technique and half aftercare. Clients who cleanse daily with a lash-safe foaming cleanser and keep oils away from the lash line routinely get double the longevity of those who do not — the detail is in the aftercare guide.

Brow shaping, lamination and tint

Shaping is measured against your bone structure, not a stencil, and removes only what is genuinely outside the line. Growing a brow back takes months; taking it away takes seconds.

Lamination restructures the hair so it lies where it is directed, which suits unruly, downward-growing or patchy brows. It lasts six to eight weeks.

Tint darkens the fine hairs around the main brow body, closing gaps without pencil. It fades over three to four weeks.

Sensitivity and patch testing

Cyanoacrylate adhesives and lamination solutions are the two most common sources of reaction in this category. A patch test 24–48 hours before your first appointment is free, takes five minutes, and is strongly recommended if you have reactive skin, contact allergies or a history of reacting to lash glue elsewhere.
