How these documents fit together

The terms of service are the overall agreement between you and the studio. The booking and cancellation policy and the health and safety policy sit inside them and govern the two areas that come up most often in practice: what happens when a plan changes, and what happens in the chair.

The privacy policy and the cookie policy cover information rather than services — what is collected, why, for how long, and what your browser stores (nothing). The accessibility statement stands on its own and describes both the website and the physical studio, including the parts that are not solved yet.

Where two documents appear to conflict, the more specific one applies to the situation it covers. Every one of them is written to be read by a person rather than a lawyer — if a section is unclear, that is a fault worth reporting, and you can do so at [email protected].

Effective dates

All six documents took effect on 1 August 2026 and are next scheduled for review on 1 August 2027. Where a policy changes materially, existing clients are notified by email before the change takes effect, and the version in force when you booked is the version that applies to that booking.
