Bridal and event work is different: trials are typically booked three to six months ahead, and wedding-morning slots for peak season (November through April in Palm Beach County) go quickly. If you have a fixed date, reach out as early as you can and we can hold it while the details settle.

Yes. On-location bridal and event work covers West Palm Beach and the wider Palm Beach County area, including Palm Beach Island, Wellington, Jupiter and Boca Raton. Travel beyond a 25-mile radius is quoted individually and depends on party size and call time.

It is a dry manicure performed with an electric file and fine bits rather than water soaking and nippers. Done correctly, it cleans the cuticle line precisely without cutting living tissue, which is why polish sits flush to the skin and grow-out stays invisible longer. Safety depends entirely on the technician's training, bit selection and pressure control — and on strict tool sterilisation, which is non-negotiable here.

Individual extensions live on your natural lash and fall with it, so a full set looks its best for roughly two to three weeks and holds well for four with a fill. Retention varies with your natural shedding cycle, oil production and, most of all, aftercare. Clients who cleanse daily and avoid oil-based products routinely double the retention of those who do not.

Please do — it is the whole point. A lesson using your own kit tells us what you already own, what is working, what is the wrong shade or texture for you, and what genuinely needs replacing. You leave able to repeat the look at home with the products on your own dressing table.

Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the booking. Inside 48 hours, the deposit is retained to cover the reserved time. Bridal bookings follow a separate agreement issued with the trial confirmation, since those dates are held exclusively for months at a time.

Yes, and it is worth telling us in advance. Sensitivity to specific adhesives, latex, fragrance or certain preservatives is common, and it changes which products come out of the kit. For lash work we can patch test the adhesive 24–48 hours before your appointment on request.

Cash, all major cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal and cheque. Bridal bookings are secured with a deposit and the balance is settled on the day.
