Wedding-morning beauty is a logistics problem wearing a beauty problem's clothes. The artistry matters, but so does whether eight people can be finished before the photographer arrives. Bridal work here covers both: a structured trial that settles the look, and a written call-time schedule that settles the morning.
The trial
Booked three to six months out, running about ninety minutes. You arrive with inspiration images, your dress neckline and, ideally, on a day you have plans afterwards — the best test of a look is living in it.

The wedding-morning schedule
After the trial you receive a minute-by-minute schedule working backwards from your photographer's first-look time. It names who sits when, how long each person takes, and where the buffer is.
The order is deliberate: bridesmaids first, mothers in the middle, bride last so her makeup is freshest. Hair and makeup alternate so nobody is idle. Fifteen minutes of buffer sits before the bride's slot, because something always runs late and it should not be her.
On location across Palm Beach County
On-location service covers West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Island, Wellington, Jupiter, Boca Raton and the surrounding area. A full mobile kit, chair and ring lighting come to you.
What we need on arrival: a table near a window, a power outlet, and a room that is not also the room where eleven people are getting dressed. Beyond 25 miles, travel is quoted individually.

The same approach applies to galas, quinceañeras, engagement shoots, milestone birthdays and corporate headshots. Anything photographed benefits from the long-wear layering used for weddings, and anything with a fixed start time benefits from a schedule.
